Return request period

You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

• It must be in its original packaging with all labels intact.

• We do not accept returns on personalized or sale items (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

Return procedure

Our team will respond to you within 48 hours with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective products
